[ The Consequences of Lack of Execrise ]

HELP!! my HAND so so so PAIN, SORE FOOT, LUMBAR PAIN
the conclusion that the whole body pain because of last night went to badminton with my babe and his gang! Plus dance practice on yesterday in the college because of sport day performance..but suddenly received a bad news from our lecture to hold the sport day will be postpone ~ because of H1N1 cases is increasing and has become H2N3!! so serious!!

today stay at home all day keep sleeping and sleeping...but now feel so sleepy also><
wanna go yam cha with my babe Jac and Sharry now!
